Hello. I’m an award-winning creative who’s been creating advertising for a while. But you probably came here to find out what I’ve done lately, so here you go: For the last seven years I’ve been writing like crazy for Oatly—first helping to develop the global Oatly voice then leading as Head of Copy, Oatly North America.

I'm the creative who keeps looking for something bigger, even in the 'small' briefs—I love the process of taking pretty much every idea as far as it will go. I can "yes, and..." all day, but let's keep things strategic, on brand and on deadline, with every detail smart as hell and meticulously on point. Yeah, I'm one of those.

My work has run the gamut from full multi-channel brand launches to thoughtfully written shelf wobblers. Long before I knew what oatmilk was, I helped create campaigns in some of California's biggest agencies (including AKQA, Team One, Deutsch, Colby Effler, and Saatchi & Saatchi).

In 2015, I worked on the launch of the Apple Watch in the role of associate creative director on apple.com.

Around 2016, in addition to my other freelance clients, I became the only US creative for a small oatmilk brand out of Sweden. That gig worked out pretty well, but didn’t I already say that?

My agency work includes TV campaigns, digital, print, radio, brochures, collateral, and outdoor for clients like Lexus, Audi, Toyota, Hyundai, Air New Zealand, and Beverly Center. I also helped launch and build the brands of two private clients (Econ One and Lotus Pet Foods), taking them from traditional advertising into digital.

Awards include The One Show, D&AD and Clios. I have an MA in Communications from California State University, Northridge, and a BA in Advertising from Washington State University. I also did some portfolio work at The Bookshop in Los Angeles.

When I’m not thinking about advertising, I’m doing stuff with my family or “studying” classic films or ‘70s/’80s pop culture or hiking or traveling or helping out animals or telling someone who may or may not be listening about how I used to be a hip hop dancer in Hollywood.
